Days.

It's day's like these I find myself asking multiple questions.
Question that are realistic, and also some that are nonsense.
I'm not the smartest kid around, and I'm pretty lazy at that,
but it's times like these I wish I knew everything.
Sadly, I don't.

All I have to offer is my own confusion.

Busy week ahead. I'm dreading it. Like, I wish I could stop time right now, and have no worries at all. Spend all the time with my friends and loved ones. No work, just all fun and games. But don't we all wish that?

Our Distance.

So if there was one song that could show you something that's on my mind right now, it would be "Our Distance" by a band called Comeback Kid. An amazing band, and off an amazing album; "Wake The Dead". It talks about basically how the distance between you and someone you love can either make you stronger or break you. The distance I have right now, I know is only making me and this other person stronger. I think when you trually love someone, little things prove it, just like this.

Mind you, I kind of wish there was no distance between us, but doesn't everyone wish that?

Straight Edge.

So something about me, is that I've been straight edge for a good two years now. I don't believe in using substances, nor do I think it's right for people to use substances as an excuse for their behaviour. Earliar today my parents accused me of smoking weed. I work around alot of people who do drugs, and a lot of my friends do drugs occasionaly, which i'm fine with because I'm usualy not around when they do them. I have never ever been pressured by someone else to do any type of substance, and other than getting a chuckle from my friends here and there, no one really bugs me about being straight edge. It's a choice. I can't blame my parents either, like, come on, I work in a kitchen, and I play in a hardcore band. But really, I hate that they accused me of doing drugs because I don't feel like working as much anymore and I want to spend more time on friends and my band, and actually school too. But oh no, they can't believe me.

Any ways, just keep this in mind ladies and gents; Don't let people acuse you or label you of something/someone you are not. Be true to yourself, and be true to the ones around you. Be true to religion, if you believe in a higher power as well.

Grandma.

So tomorrow (which I geuss is today), I'm going to visit my grandma. She's probaly one of the sweetest people I know, and it sucks I can't make the trip to see her as much as I should. She's in her 80's, and every time I go to visit, I ask if this will be the last time I'll see her. It sucks, really. Knowing that you can visit someone you love one day, and the next day their gone, just like that. I just want everyone to know, that cherish the people you love, and hold on to them. You only have so long.

Two Months.

So Today it's been two months. Wow. Time flies :). I couldn't be happier. She's perfect, what can I say?

Yesterday was the first day back to school. It was alright. I have some stuff due today, which I should get started on :) haha. And no teachers have started to get on my nerves yet, so that's a plus.

I have to work tonight though, which is usualy my night off. :(

So my band's playing a show tonight in our friends basement. WOOT. Too bad it's only me and my boss working tonight, so I don't get off until waaaaay late. Lame. Anyways, I'm not looking forward to going back in two days. Stupid school.
